Often referred to as resilience factors, this module will encourage the self-reflection and group experience necessary to uncover one’s inherent strengths.
Resilience is our ability to deal with adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats, or significant sources of stress. Each individual will have a number of resilience factors within themselves, the community around them, or within others. The recognition and utilization of these factors are what change lives.
This module allows the participants to understand their own strengths as well as the strengths that come from being a community, how the resilience factors can be understood, and utilized to foster healthy mental and emotional states and places.
